Processing Time

Please note: during certain high-volume periods (especially winter season and Chinese New Year), processing and dispatch may take longer than usual due to supplier and carrier congestion.

Standard Shipping

Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Please note that estimated delivery times may not be displayed at checkout. This policy should be used as the main reference for shipping expectations.

Tracking

Where available, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Cancellations (24-Hour Window)

If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours after payment on business days (Monday–Friday).

After this window, we may be unable to stop the order if it has already entered processing/dispatch, and you will be required to wait for delivery. In that case, the order can only be handled according to our return policy after delivery (if eligible).

Delays

While we do our best to deliver within the stated timeframe, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • carrier disruptions

  • customs processes

  • weather conditions

  • peak seasonal volume

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address

  • refusal of delivery

  • failure to collect the package
